Your stay includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner at resort restaurants), unlimited drinks at resort bars, VIP beach and pool access, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and resort entertainment. Villa guests also receive a private breakfast chef, golf cart, and premium liquor package delivered to the villa.
Guests pay the All-Inclusive fee (approximately $130–$150 USD per adult per night, $65–$75 per child 3–11, free for children 0–2) and a Resort Fee ($16–$25 per person per night depending on accommodation type). These fees cover meals, drinks, activities, Wi-Fi, parking, and resort services. Payment is made at check-in.
The VIP Blue Bracelet is your access pass to VIP areas of the resort. It grants entry to VIP Beach, NV Beach, Cofresí Beach, VIP Pool, the Lifestyle Royale Casino, select VIP restaurants (Gourmet & Jazz, based on availability), resort bars, and entertainment venues. Some exclusive member-only areas require the property owner to be present.
Submit a reservation request through our form — no payment or commitment required. We'll check availability and respond within 24 hours with a personalized quote. Once you confirm, a deposit secures your dates. Closer to your stay, we'll send a welcome packet with check-in instructions, directions, and everything you need to know.
Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations 15–29 days before check-in receive a 50% credit. Within 14 days of check-in, no refund or credit is provided. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
Complimentary luxury airport transportation is included from Puerto Plata Airport (POP). Simply provide your flight details at least 5 days before arrival and a driver will meet you. For other destinations (Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen), transfer details are provided upon booking confirmation.
Absolutely! Our villas accommodate up to 14 guests across 3–7 bedrooms. We regularly host family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and group retreats. Contact us with your group details and we'll create a custom package.
